Microloan Processor

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for detail-oriented Microloan Processors to handle inbound and outbound loan inquiries, pre-screen applicants, and verify borrower documentation using CRM or Loan Origination Systems. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness of loan files before endorsement to credit officers.

• Handle inbound and outbound loan inquiries while gathering and validating borrower information.
• Pre-screen applicants based on credit history, income, and eligibility criteria.
• Upload, verify, and manage documentation through CRM (Salesforce) or Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
• Conduct and document verification to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare complete and verified loan files for review by credit officers.

• Experience in loan processing, credit verification or collections is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
