The Role

We are looking for a
Cofounder
to join our founding team — someone passionate about building at the intersection of
FMCG, technology, and consumer behavior
. You will work to design, validate, and scale the business model from pilot to nationwide rollout. You will have both
strategic and hands-on responsibilities
, helping shape everything from
go-to-market strategy

operations

partnerships

product roadmap

fundraising
.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Execution

  • Co-develop and refine the business model and roadmap for scaling "availability as a service."
  • Identify and secure key FMCG brand partnerships and building/location placements.
  • Oversee pilot deployments, measure performance, and iterate quickly based on data.

Partnerships & Growth

  • Lead partnerships with property developers, building administrators, and brand managers.
  • Build relationships with top FMCG companies for vending activations and loyalty programs.
  • Develop B2B2C growth channels leveraging app engagement, digital rewards, and brand activations.

Operations & Technology

  • Work with vendors and tech teams to roll out and maintain smart vending infrastructure.
  • Oversee logistics, inventory management, and servicing operations for vending machines.
  • Collaborate with the tech and product teams to refine the user experience and app functionality.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

  • Collaborate with the team to pitch to investors and secure pre-seed and seed funding.
  • Support financial modeling, investor updates, and growth storytelling.

Culture & Leadership

  • Help build the founding culture — fast-moving, data-driven, and customer-obsessed.
  • Recruit and lead early team members as the company grows.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a
builder
, not just an operator. The ideal cofounder thrives in ambiguity, understands consumer brands, and is energized by turning ideas into scalable systems.

Must-Have

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — previous startup or intrapreneurial experience in FMCG, retail tech, or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of
    FMCG distribution, trade marketing, or on-ground activation
    .
  • Ability to drive execution — from business development to operations to partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with brands and property stakeholders.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen.

Preferred

  • Experience in
    consumer tech, vending systems, or IoT
    a plus.
  • Background in
    sales, category management, or marketing
    for FMCG brands.
  • Previous fundraising or investor relations experience.
  • Network in real estate, building management, or food retail ecosystems.
