About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The role involves assisting in daily production operations, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth workflow in line with company policies and procedures. Candidates with prior Team Leader experience will be highly considered, as we value individuals who can contribute leadership skills while excelling in production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day production activities ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Operate production equipment and follow safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support the Team Leader in coordinating workflow and guiding production staff when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production area.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate / Vocational Course Graduate.
  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setup preferred.
  • Background as a Team Leader or with leadership exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and ability to follow processes.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in shifting schedules.
