Objective:

  • Maintain updated project timelines and schedules
  • Coordinate with team leads and flag potential delays
  • Facilitate internal alignment meetings and project kick-offs
  • Ensure timely task deployment and documentation
  • Support in post-implementation reporting

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or traffic management
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, Asana)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-through abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
