JOB SUMMARY:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Lone Wolf Technologies, you will be a crucial member of our marketing team, responsible for analyzing data, tracking performance, and providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing strategies. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Database Hygiene & Management: Clean, maintain, and optimize our Marketo database for improved segmentation, targeting, and deliverability.
  • Campaign Execution: Build and execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and operational workflows in Marketo

  • Lead Flow & Scoring: Develop and maintain lead lifecycle and scoring models to align with sales and marketing objectives.

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.

  • Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance, generate insights, and deliver actionable reporting to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment across systems and goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo (Marketo Certified a plus)
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, email best practices, and lead management
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and performance reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset with a strong command of campaign metrics and KPIs
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered.
  • EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of experience in marketing analysis or data analytics.
