Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing, sales, and client services teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations or technical marketing roles, with a strong background in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs. They should also be proficient in using and building task management tools like ClickUp, as well as reporting and dashboard creation.

Key responsibilities include owning HubSpot as the single source of truth, building and maintaining automated workflows, researching and implementing new tools to increase team efficiency, collaborating across teams, tracking performance, identifying bottlenecks, and improving systems continuously.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to identify areas for improvement and implement process automation solutions. They will also be comfortable learning and implementing new tools, and possess excellent time management and internal communication skills.

Requirements
  • 2–3 years experience in marketing operations or technical marketing role
  • Strong experience in HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs
  • Experience using and building task management tools like ClickUp
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets formulas, Zapier, and process documentation
  • Comfortable learning and implementing new tools
  • Excellent time management and internal communication skills
