Qualifications:

Prefer College Graduates but ok with undergrads with vast exp (ok with 1st yr. undergrad)
preferably with experience in banking domain (US banking)
cards experiences (plus)
training and mentoring
with exp in cards (preferred, but not mandatory)
can look at profiles for other industry
minimum 3-5yrs. Training
Open to learning new domain/ process
