We're hiring a remote Growth Specialist to build and run a complete outbound system — from research and list building to outreach, CRM management, and follow-up.

You'll find, contact, and convert new opportunities.

You'll build the system, run the system, and make it better.

No layers. No waiting for approvals. You'll work directly with leadership to run the playbook, have the tools you need, and a scoreboard that tells the truth.

Your Mission

  • Build verified prospect lists (600+ accounts minimum)
  • Run outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn).
  • Book qualified meetings for the CEO — and make sure every lead gets a follow-up within 2 hours
  • Keep the CRM spotless — no ghost data, no dropped leads
  • Track the numbers: sent, replied, booked, closed.
  • Document what works so we can scale it.

You're not here to "support" growth — you own it.

What You Need
  • You've done B2B outbound before — you know how to get replies
  • You're confident using HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar tools
  • You're tech fluent — ChatGPT, Google Suite, spreadsheets, automation
  • You're organized, data-driven, and allergic to wasted motion
  • You communicate clearly and work 8am–5pm CST with consistency
