Key Responsibilities

Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with high-ticket and VIP vendors.

Assist and report directly to the CEO, providing updates and supporting daily operations, including scheduling and coordinating vendor meetings.

Create, manage, and optimize sales funnels and email campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and vendor activation.

Analyze past email communications and performance data to refine outreach strategies across different verticals.

Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies aligned with vendor goals and brand objectives.

Communicate with partners clearly and professionally using neutral, fluent English both written and verbal.

Research vendor backgrounds and previous partnerships to deliver personalized, value-driven interactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve vendor satisfaction, campaign results, and overall brand performance.

Deliver consistent results under pressure while upholding quality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Business, or related field.

3-5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or vendor relationship management (preferably with high-ticket or luxury brands).

Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Proven ability to develop sales funnels and nurture vendor relationships.

Previous work examples or measurable results are a huge plus.
