Account specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently using the client tool (BrightTree)
  • Organize and manage medical documents in PDF format
  • Upload PDF documents to the client tool as required
  • Maintain and manage documents via the client's SharePoint system
  • Perform additional tasks related to order processing and PDF document management as needed
  • Send and receive reports via email, ensuring all communication is timely and accurate

Requirements

  • At least 6 months Back-Office work experience
  • US Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
  • Must be keen to details
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PDFs
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Amenable working night shift
