We're hiring an experienced Digital Marketer to support one of our Australian clients in the dental industry. This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, data-driven, and confident managing the entire marketing function from end to end.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms — from paid ads and SEO to content creation and analytics. This is a long-term, ongoing position where you'll play a key role in driving patient growth and brand visibility.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
  • Oversee website traffic, SEO, and conversion tracking
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media and digital platforms
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with overall business goals

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or similar roles
  • Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media management and content strategy
  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager), and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with healthcare, dental, or medical clients is a plus
