Primary Function:

  • Manage the company's compliances with the tax laws, rules and regulations and provides tax planning, consulting that may impact the company. Performs and reviews tax calculations, returns and audit and to stay updated on the new tax developments.  Perform financial analysis on a regular basis to ensure the financial report's accuracy and free from error and fraud and compliant with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and compute corporate income tax returns
  • Prepares tax estimates and reviews tax accruals, highly involved in tax planning;
  • Responsible on the tax compliances ensure that the company is compliant with
  • taxing authorities' draft responses and notices
  • In- charged in the preparation of tax provision calculations.
  • Review financial books and balances;
  • Manage and coordinate the BIR audit and the company monthly and year-end audit activities.
  • analyzing financial records, systems, procedures; and designing strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Other ad-hoc activities which may be requested by the management.

Qualification:

Educational Attainment : Graduate of BS Accountancy ad/or Business Management

License: Certified Public Accountant

Training/Work Experience: Preferably with at least one-two (1-2) years' experience as Tax and Compliance Assistant Manager Position in Manufacturing/Semicon Industry.
