JOB PURPOSE:

The Regulatory and Governance Compliance Analyst supports and assists in the implementation and monitoring of regulatory compliance programs to ensure the organization operates in full adherence to applicable laws, rules, regulations and standards. The role also supports and assists in the implementation of corporate governance initiatives to reinforce ethical and transparent business practices based on governance-related laws, rules, regulations and internationally accepted principles of good governance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Regulatory Program Monitoring and Documentation

  • Assist in the implementation, review, and documentation of comprehensive compliance programs (e.g. CISA, FATCA, FCPA and other regulation forms, manuals, guidelines).
  • Monitor and assist the review of compliance performance across business units and support remediation efforts.

Compliance Reporting and Review

  • Ensure timely, complete, and accurate submission of governance and regulatory reports.
  • Monitor submissions of regulatory reports across business units.
  • Assist in implementing compliance risk assessments and review across business units.

Governance Program Monitoring and Housekeeping

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of InLife's corporate governance programs including GCU projects and activities towards a synergic relationship with stakeholders such as Members, Policyholders, Employees, Agents, Counterparties, and Regulators.
  • Assist in the corporate activities to ensure compliance with the standards required under IC Circular Letter No

Operational Support

  • Maintain records and evidence for compliance audits and investigations.
  • Assist in the quarterly/regular reporting to Senior Management and Board Committees.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Law, Finance, or a related discipline).
  • A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a governance, regulatory, or compliance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the company's internal operations and the regulatory landscape of the industry in which the Company operates.
  • Sound understanding and practical application of relevant local and international industry standards, principles, and best practices for governance and compliance.
  • Effective communication and meticulous documentation skills, including the ability to articulate complex regulatory issues clearly to diverse audiences (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate technology and data analytics into compliance and regulatory operations to enhance efficiency and monitoring.
  • Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
