Job Title: Data Encoder

Industry: Lending / Financial Services

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Data Encoding & Updating
  • Encode client personal information, loan applications, and payment records into the system.
  • Update accounts with payments, penalties, restructuring, and other adjustments.
  • Excel Reports & Data Analysis
  • Prepare loan aging reports, collection sheets, and payment monitoring using Excel.
  • Use formulas, pivot tables, and validation tools for accurate reporting.
  • Lending Software Operation
  • Process loan applications, disbursements, and repayments in the system.
  • Generate statements of account, amortization schedules, and client ledgers.
  • Document Review & Verification
  • Review and validate loan documents for completeness before encoding.
  • Ensure contracts, IDs, and supporting files are properly recorded.
  • Coordination with Collection Team
  • Provide updated client data and loan status for collection activities.
  • Share reports on overdue accounts and assist in tracking payments.
  • Encode results of collection efforts (promises to pay, settlements, partial payments).
  • Coordination with Legal Team
  • Supply accurate account information and client records for accounts endorsed to legal.
  • Encode legal actions and case status (demand letters, filing, settlements).
  • Ensure all legal documents are properly logged in the system.
  • Reporting & Management Support
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Assist in audit preparation by ensuring accuracy of loan and client data.
  • Data Security & Filing
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Perform regular data backups and secure filing of records.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a lending company, financing institution, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reporting).
  • Knowledgeable in lending software and financial systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with Collection and Legal teams effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • A graduate of any business, finance, accounting, or IT-related course is an advantage or College Undergraduate.
  • Must uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
