What is this role about?

This role will carry out vehicle technical support and maintenance services in accordance to the company's set standards.

What will YOU do?

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for aftersales service inquiries related to electric vehicles.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive service experience.

  • Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and repair engine failures, and mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replace parts and components

  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

  • Prepare service reports and other relevant documentation as required

What will YOU need?

  • TESDA - Automotive Servicing certification or other relevant vocational course

  • With valid Driver's License

  • Must be knowledgable in electric vehicles

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with experience in electric vehicles

  • Proven knowledge and understanding of electric vehicle systems

  • Well-versed in automobile troubleshooting with knowledge in safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

  • Ability to deal with standardized situations and follow technical manuals
