Service Advisor Job Summary

SEAOIL is looking for passionate professionals to join our team as Service Advisors. This role involves communicating with customers about their vehicle repair needs and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the service process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track vehicle repair progress and coordinate change in delivery timing to meet customer expectations
  • Carry out pre-delivery confirmations to ensure vehicles are delivered on time and to the required standards
  • Confers with customers about walk-around inspection results, recommend procedures, and prepare repair orders for needed repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate with technicians to align vehicle diagnosing results and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Monitor and review open repair orders to meet service targets and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 6S principles
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of related employment experience
  • Basic to advanced knowledge level in hybrid and electric vehicles
  • Willingness to work in San Fernando/Bauang La Union
