We are seeking a
Community Officer

to support the onboarding of artists, coordinate community marketing efforts, and implement engagement initiatives across Husay's digital platforms. This role bridges communication between artists, clients, and partners.

Employment Status:

Contract of Service

Engagement:

Remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Duration:

3 months (with potential for long-term engagement)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support artist onboarding, ensuring profiles, data, and materials are properly documented and integrated into Husay's systems.
  • Implement community and audience engagement initiatives across Husay's social media, website, and partner platforms.
  • Coordinate marketing content and campaigns with the Creative Team to ensure consistent communication across sub-brands and stakeholder funnels.
  • Manage community communications (newsletters, chat groups, and public pages) to share opportunities, updates, and collaborations.
  • Gather and analyze community insights and engagement metrics to support program improvement and strategy alignment.
  • Perform other tasks and activities as assigned by the Founder and Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in communications, social media coordination, or content development
  • Strong organizational and networking skills, attention to detail, research ability, and multitasking
  • Demonstrated commitment to community growth and creative ecosystems
  • Experience with mission-driven projects and established connections in government, industry, or media are a plus.
