The Online Sales Agent is responsible for converting online inquiries into sales by providing excellent customer engagement, accurate customer data collection, efficient order processing, and timely endorsements to stores for fulfillment. The role ensures that every online customer transaction is completed smoothly up to payment confirmation and is properly documented through end-of-day reports. While the primary focus is on sales conversion and guided revenue, the Online Sales Agent also provides secondary support for aftersales, warranty, and customer service concerns.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Functions:

  • Convert online inquiries and leads into successful sales.
  • Collect and validate complete and accurate customer data
  • Process customer orders through official channels up to payment verification
  • Endorse confirmed orders to retail store for order processing, fulfillment and delivery.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales and. activity reports (EOD Reports).

Secondary Functions:

  • Provide online customer support for aftersales concerns, warranty claims, and service inquiries.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong Salesmanship – ability to influence and persuade customers, upsell/cross-sell products, and close sales effectively.
  • Customer Service Excellence – demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in handling customer needs and concerns.
  • Product and Technical Knowledge – in-depth understanding of EasyPC products, services, and technical specifications to provide accurate and helpful recommendations
