About the role

Symbos Managed Services Inc' is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our PIONEER team in Ortigas, Pasig City. As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient coordination and allocation of resources to meet customer demands within our customer service call centre operations. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and maintain detailed schedules for call centre agents, taking into account factors such as call volumes, agent skills, and team availability
  2. Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to respond to changes in call volumes and agent availability
  3. Collaborate with the operations team to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks
  4. Provide training and support to call centre agents on scheduling-related processes and tools
  5. Analyse call centre performance data to identify opportunities for schedule optimisation and improved workforce planning
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our scheduling and workforce management practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a scheduling or workforce management role, preferably within a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams across the organisation
  4. Proficiency in using workforce management or scheduling software, such as Verint or Aspect
  5. A proven track record of delivering high-quality, efficient schedules that meet or exceed customer service targets
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
