What is your mission?

We are looking for a Construction Scheduler to build, maintain, and analyze project schedules for complex multifamily and high-rise developments. You'll collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and executives to ensure projects stay on track through accurate forecasting, delay analysis, and critical path management. If you thrive on organization, precision, and construction planning, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain baseline schedules in Microsoft Project for multiple construction projects.
  • Define and track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Update schedules weekly to reflect on-site progress and manage critical path logic.
  • Perform schedule and delay analyses, identifying risks and recommending recovery strategies.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting key variances and forecasts.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, field teams, and trade partners to align execution with the master schedule.
  • Support preconstruction, active build, and closeout phases through accurate schedule management.
  • Maintain documentation of schedule revisions and support process standardization across projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining scheduling templates and tools.
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in construction scheduling, including multifamily, high-rise, or large-scale building projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including baseline creation, critical path analysis, and delay reporting.
  • Proven experience working with or for a General Contractor, with strong understanding of full project lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Procore or other construction management platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with wood framing and multifamily construction workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying scheduling risks and solutions.
