Accounting Finance Manager - Onsite/Night Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Accounting Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role ensures accurate financial management, compliance with regulations, and provides insights that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve department goals
  • Partner with management in strategic planning and cost control

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Experience in Outsourcing and Offshoring / Shared Services industry
  • End-to-end accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in GL, AR/AP full cycle, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
