Job Summary

The E-Commerce Team Supervisor will lead Silca Coffee's online operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across Lazada, Shopee, and our brand platforms. This role is responsible for guiding and developing team members, optimizing workflows, and driving performance to meet business goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a proactive problem-solver, and an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with management to deliver exceptional store health, successful campaigns, and an outstanding customer experience—all while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team's daily activities and offer support in resolving internal escalations within the team.
• Orient and train new employees through necessary training and mentoring sessions.
• Establish procedures and protocols to fulfill the duties of their role. Identify and address issues affecting the internal and external stakeholders by collaborating with the team and management.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the business: low performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and/or any related ad hoc projects deemed needed by the management.
• Proactively manage direct reports, including setting OKR goals for the members, conducting regular evaluation, coaching to improve service quality and increase productivity. Track OKR progress against set goals.
• Optimize existing and propose new processes to facilitate smooth operations of internal teams and campaign executions with external stakeholders.
• Conduct practices and procedures fostering a positive and productive culture, sustain team spirit, and recognize employee accomplishment.
• Manage and monitor team level utilization rates, productivity, efficiency, and schedule to make sure set goals are met and excellent store health for all channels sustained.
• Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with the team to align, business review, performance and metrics check, check-in with the team's healths, concerns, and needs.
• Collaborate with and support HR/Ecommerce Manager in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring key candidates for various positions, and assist in defining the roles and duties associated with these vacancies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Over 2 years of experience in team management; managed a team of at least 3 or more direct reports
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in E-commerce or marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, brand websites)
• Can work independently and within a team, showing solid experience in coaching and mentoring to maximize the personnel's potential and growth
• Self-starter, people-centered, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Preferably a coffee drinker - who personally and passionately enjoys coffee

Set up:

● Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

● Monthly to Quarterly in-person meeting (either in Manila, Makati, BGC, or Silang, Cavite)

● Approximate time requirement – 40 hours per week

● Probationary Period: 6 months
