Your Role
As a Data Specialist, you will:

  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks related to digital marketing
  • Ability to manage and report on multiple data sets from a variety of digital marketing channels
  • Compile reports from multiple systems
  • Manual data entries, reading, and entry of documents from different formats and sources
  • Generate reports from multiple sources
  • Update data sources with most recent information
  • Manage and organize spreadsheets
  • Transfer data from platform to relevant spreadsheet/database

What You Need
Non-negotiables

  • With 1–3 years of experience in the same role
  • Strong ability to manage, analyze, and report on multiple data sets from various digital marketing channels, with an analytical mindset to interpret insights effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and identify discrepancies while proposing effective solutions.
  • Process-oriented professional with a focus on improving efficiency, standardizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement.
