Overview Seven Seven Global Services is looking for manual testers. Work setup: Full RTO/Onsite. Work schedule: Regular/Dayshift. Responsibilities Analyze and report overall test status and results. Develop a draft and execute test plans. Define and implement quality process improvements focused on defect prevention. Generate documentation based on new applications to share and train QA team members. Demonstrate a good understanding of testing based on requirements/user stories. Read and understand requirements, specifications and other technical requirements. Mentor Junior Testers. Use defect management tool such as JIRA. Possess good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. Create detailed and well‑structured test cases. Document test findings (test evidence, bugs, change requests, etc.) requiring detailed attention. Develop and maintain test scripts, execute test scripts and manage tracking/reporting systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Accuracy in executing test cases. Good at reporting and communicating testing concerns. Analyze user stories to document test cases/scenarios as per the acceptance criteria and execute them and document the results.
