Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the day to day operation and maintenance of the property
  • Ensure compliance to all reports and standards
  • Shall perform functions and activities for the property owners
  • Ensures strict coordination and implementation of Property Management policies, guidelines, process flows, and the like, needed for the successful setup and smooth operations of the Property Management Office, including technical operations, security, housekeeping, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 5 years work experience in facilities, residential property or related industries
  • Experienced in financial, vendor, and contract management
  • Superior people and client relationship management
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint)
