Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the procurement process — from canvassing and supplier selection to purchase order preparation and delivery coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics and project teams for timely replenishment of materials.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget controls.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in telecommunications, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems, purchase orders, and supplier management.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other procurement tools.
