This role is ideal for professionals who want to apply their clinical expertise in a business environment. As a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell laboratory diagnostics equipment, reagents, and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic laboratories, while building strong client partnerships grounded in technical credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent One Agno's diagnostic solutions with confidence and professionalism to healthcare institutions.
• Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of medical professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with pathologists, medical technologists, procurement officers, and key decision-makers.
• Actively identify sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets and quotas.
• Participate in bidding processes, conventions, trade shows, and other company-driven promotional events.
• Collaborate with the technical services team to ensure smooth post-sales support and client satisfaction.
• Provide market intelligence reports, client feedback, and competitor activities to management.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT).
• Experience in medical/laboratory sales is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in technical presentations.
• Proactive, persuasive, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willing to travel within assigned territories.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
• Can start immediately.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive optimal technical support, training, and service on the use of our diagnostic systems and products. You will help bridge the gap between laboratory operations and equipment performance, making a direct impact on healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance for laboratory analyzers and equipment.
• Facilitate product installation, calibration, performance validation, and user training at client sites.
• Ensure all laboratory instruments meet quality control and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit service reports, technical findings, and client feedback to the management team.
• Support the sales team by providing technical input during client visits and product evaluations.
• Stay up to date with advancements in laboratory technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring high levels of technical satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT).
• At least 1 year of experience working in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory setting is preferred.
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting laboratory instruments (e.g., hematology, chemistry, immunology analyzers).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork and client site visits.
