Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Network Engineer located in Metro Manila. The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible for overseeing network administration and engineering tasks, including network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring network security, optimizing network performance, and managing network infrastructure. Collaborating with other IT professionals and providing technical support to various departments will also be part of the role.

This role follows a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Proficiency in Network Design and Troubleshooting
  • Strong Network Security skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
