  • Strong routing and switching skills, especially with BGP, OSPF, PBR, redistribution, route filtering and traffic engineering.
  • Working experience/knowledge in configuring Firewalls, NAT, URL filtering, QoS, SSLVPN, Site-to Site IPsec VPN, SIP, call routing.
  • Working experience in IP Telephony, 3CX, SIP Lines, Call routing

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREAS

  • 1st point of escalation to network related concerns
  • troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VoIP and internet access)
  • implement network change requests
  • network monitoring (check and address alarms, monitor link utilization)
  • escalate to Network Engineers critical network conditions that need their attention
  • ensures network devices are logging and configurations are backed up
  • collaborate with Helpdesk, Systems and Security teams in addressing user access concerns
  • daily or weekly update of network utilization
  • support in network infrastructure projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php75,000.00 per month
