Communication Design Associate

Role: Support the creative team in developing and executing design and advertising materials for marketing, social media, branding, and publicity campaigns that are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and creatively on-point.
Full-time, hybrid work set-up. Junior creative role applicable for fresh or recent graduates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative concept development: Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, strategic, and useful creative ideas aligned with campaign objectives and brand strategy. Translate creative briefs and campaign strategies into relevant visual concepts and design directions.
Design execution: Develop and refine design outputs including concept boards, layouts, comprehensive studies (compre), and final artworks for digital and print media. Ensure all design executions meet brand standards, project requirements, and campaign objectives. Apply strong attention to detail, creativity, and craftsmanship in all deliverables.
Collaboration and workflow: Work closely with creative leads, copywriters, and account teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign materials. Manage feedback constructively and deliver revisions efficiently with minimal supervision. Ensure timely completion and turnover of design materials that require minimal internal revisions.
Presentation and communication: Prepare presentation decks and visual mockups to effectively communicate creative ideas to clients and internal teams. Confidently present and explain own design work, demonstrating clear alignment with strategy and objectives.
Production and file management: Prepare and package final artworks and production-ready files according to technical specifications. Maintain organized design files, assets, and templates for easy access and version tracking.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Education and training: Bachelor's degree in information design or related disciplines (e.g., fine arts, graphic design, advertising arts, etc.) or equivalent training and practical experience. Portfolio highlighting past work.
Design proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Figma).
Creativity and conceptual thinking: Ability to generate original, strategic, and visually engaging ideas aligned with campaign goals.
Brand and visual literacy: Understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
Attention to detail: Delivers high-quality work with minimal errors and consistent visual standards.
Communication and presentation: Capable of articulating design rationale and presenting creative work clearly and confidently.
Collaboration and adaptability: Works effectively within a team, responds well to feedback, and manages multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Time management: Meets deadlines and maintains quality under pressure while managing shifting priorities.
