Job description

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS :

Marketing

· Help ensure that IPI brand runs through the whole business and to create ways to communicate the brand to both existing and new customers. Assist with keeping the brand fresh and ahead of the competitors.

· Assist with internal marketing communications, as and when required.

Website

· Monitoring of the renewal of IPI website (hosting, domain and webmail)

· Regular checking of website to ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date, including home banners and sub-banner pages.

· Coordination with the assistance of Gonpu IT on regular updates to the website such as uploading of latest news and events of the company, and other marketing and social media posts.

Product presentation and plant visit

· Reference existing and new client listings, assist with offering a customer for product presentation and plant visit to enhance customer awareness of the quality products thru improved technical knowledge in application and uses of spiral welded steel pipes.

Photography, video, presentation

· Assist in preparation of photography and video presentation.

A person who is qualified for this position must be a

Educational and experience requirements:

  1. Graduate of marketing or any four-year business-related course.

  2. At least 1-3 years experience in marketing.

  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) with background on Adobe (photoshop)

  4. Digital photography and video editing experience

  5. Demonstrated experience with social media flatforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.)

  6. Written and oral communication ability.

  7. Highly organized, motivated, enthusiastic and with initiative and creativity.

  8. Experience of working with external agencies (advertising and design)

  9. Hardworking, efficient, analytical and willing to work for long hours.

  10. With pleasing personality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
