About the role

Global Hospitality Placement Agency Philippines Corporation is seeking an experienced Airline Customer Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will involve providing high-quality customer service over the phone and through online channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests related to airline reservations, booking changes, refunds, and other customer service matters
  • Utilize airline reservation systems and customer relationship management tools to efficiently process customer transactions
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Provide recommendations and feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the airline or travel industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficient in the use of airline reservation systems and customer relationship management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
