Position: Customer Service Representative for Airline Account
Location: Cebu IT Park
Work Setup: Pure Onsite
Work Schedule: Mostly Nightshift / Shifting Schedule
Start Date: October 31, 2025
Qualifications we're looking for:
- SHS Graduate
- College Undergraduate (2 years completed, with no back subjects)
- with 6 months of BPO Experience
- For College Graduate - NO BPO Experience needed
Compensation and benefits:
- Earn up to 23K salary package (depends on your experience and educational attainment)
- With 20% Night differential (higher than the usual 10%)
- Paid Training
- Complete mandatory benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth)
- HMO on Day 1 of training with +1 free dependent
- Account allowances (will be discussed during Final Interview)
ONE DAY Hiring Process:
- Short Screening via phone call / Viber call
- Initial Interview (Onsite)
- 37 mins Assessment (Onsite)
- Final Interview (Onsite)
After passing the Final Interview you will be invited for:
- Pre-Employment Discussion (Onsite)
- Medical Examination (free) and Requirement Submission (Onsite and via email)
- Job Offer
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Diploma/TOR/Certificate of Graduation (whichever is available)
- Government numbers: (SSS, Pag-Ibig, TIN, PhilHealth)
- COE / Resignation Letter approved or signed by HR and Supervisor
- NBI Clearance
