Your Role:
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects across various business units
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, implementation, and transition
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (GES, HR, Finance, Procurement) and external stakeholders to align on goals and ensure seamless project delivery
Drive transformation projects, including:
Service transitions (new or existing scope)
- Post-merger integrations
- Strategic business initiatives tied to organizational growth and efficiency
- Work effectively in complex, international environments, managing medium- to long-term projects often embedded within broader global programs
- Ensure alignment with the company Business Solutions (MBS) Strategy and partner with the Project Portfolio & Program Management (PPPM) team, SSC stakeholders, and legal entities
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years *externals of project management experience, preferably in shared services or global operations
- Experience handling cross-functional or international projects
- Knowledge of HR, Finance, or Procurement processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-changing environments
- Experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Work Front)
