DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle and manage accounts within the designated territory.
  • Expand dealer network and activate new accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prepare sales reports and update customer records accurately.
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred).
  • Strong background in sales distribution and dealer activation, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or retail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cagayan Valley region (Cagayan, Isabela).
  • Must have own vehicle (motorcycle or car)
