About the role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate with cashier experience to join our team at JC Premiere Business International Inc' in Pasig City Metro Manila. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance and organization. What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately processing sales, refunds, and exchanges using the cash register
  • Maintaining the store's cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising standards
  • Restocking and replenishing products on the sales floor
  • Providing recommendations and information about products to customers
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Sales Associate or Cashier in a retail or customer service environment
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in basic cash handling and point-of-sale systems
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
