The Restaurant Staff plays a vital role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily operations, and overall guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for assisting in various tasks such as food service, order taking, cashiering, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure proper presentation.
  • Handle cashiering duties including billing and payment processing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and restrooms.
  • Ensure tables, chairs, utensils, and menus are clean and properly set.
  • Assist in food preparation and packaging (if required).
  • Monitor stock levels of supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Support teammates in day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate; vocational or college level in Hospitality/HRM/Food Services is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in food & beverage or customer service is preferred but not required (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
