Job Summary

The Production Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of production staff in the manufacturing of high-quality siopao, and siomai products. The role involves coordinating daily activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP), and driving efficiency on the production line. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Production Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Monitor workflow, machine performance (mixers, dough rollers, steamers/ovens, packaging equipment), and materials usage.
  • Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the preparation, processing are followed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in a food manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a bakery or commissary setting.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP) and quality control procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,464.06 per month
