We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in overseeing and supporting a team of customer service professionals, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement. What you'll be doing

  • Effectively manage and motivate a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching and support to help them excel in their roles
  • Monitor and analyse team and individual performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and encouraging teamwork
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the broader customer service department to identify and address any process or system inefficiencies
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, supporting their professional development and growth
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to team members on complex customer inquiries or issues

What we're looking for

  • Proven 1 year experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and support a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of performance monitoring tools to drive operational efficiency
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a passion for developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
