Role Summary

Our client, an international leader in digital learning solutions, is seeking a talented Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to join their team. The role involves creating learning design strategies, developing eLearning courses, and ensuring content aligns with adult learning theory and instructional design best practices. You'll play a key part in all stages of the ADDIE process, collaborating with SMEs and project teams while ensuring quality and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to develop custom eLearning solutions.
• Create development outlines, timelines, and strategies based on client needs.
• Develop blended and interactive learning resources using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to align learning objectives with business goals.
• Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and engagement in all deliverables.
• Adapt to AGILE workflows and iterative development processes.
• Incorporate client branding guidelines into course design.
• QA and test learning resources to ensure functionality and learner impact.

Essential Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Education, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise. (Knowledge of Camtasia and Vyond is a plus.)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
