Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Video Editor with at least 5 years of professional video editing experience to produce and refine high-quality training and eLearning content. This short-term, project-based role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative who can deliver polished, engaging, and effective instructional videos while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce engaging training videos and digital learning materials from raw footage and audio recordings.
  • Enhance videos with graphics, animations, transitions, and captions to improve clarity and learner engagement.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure training content aligns with brand and learning objectives.
  • Optimise video length, pacing, and structure for effective delivery across online learning platforms.
  • Maintain consistent visual standards and ensure content quality across all materials.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver assets according to schedule.
  • Provide input on improving visual storytelling and learner engagement techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in professional video editing or digital content production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual communication.
  • Experience creating training, eLearning, or corporate instructional videos preferred.
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills (e.g., Adobe After Effects) are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
