NOW HIRING: FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Operations Assistant to support our daily financial processes and ensure smooth, accurate reporting for company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and verify all daily financial transactions
  • Manage banking information and merchant processing data
  • Assist in organizing payroll-related documents and data
  • Prepare and submit a comprehensive daily financial report for review each morning
  • Work PH day shift / US night shift to complete and organize the previous day's financial data before the owners begin their day

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial documents
  • Able to work independently and meet daily deadlines
  • Experience in financial tasks or administrative work is a plus

If you're reliable, analytical, and committed to accuracy, we'd love to have you on our team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
