Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily logistics operations including shipment tracking, document processing, and inventory management
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and on-site teams to ensure timely deliveries
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve any delivery issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems
  • Support other business-related tasks (contracts, payments, invoices, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
