Job Description
Handles application/renewal of crew USA visa and other required visa.

  • Schedules interview date of all approved seafarers in the US Visa Point System as well as file/maintain annual accreditation and update management of any advisories of the USA embassy.
  • Handles and facilitates the VISA requirement of the seafarer as necessary, including filing/maintaining the annual accreditation as required by the respective embassies.
  • Responsible for the quality of work in compliance with ISO 9001 Standards.
  • Performs other related functions that the immediate superior may assign.

Job Requirements

  • College Degree
  • Preferably in Human Resource Management, General Business o Similar Qualifications in Maritime Studies.
  • Preferably 1 year experience in US Visa and other Visa Application
  • Demonstrated knowledge of visa regulations and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
