Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for a Flag & Visa Officer. The Flag & Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visa & flag applications, and providing guidance on obtaining relevant documents. The role involves frequent interaction with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally, resolving client queries, and providing excellent customer service. The Flag & Visa Officer will also be responsible for completing documentation accurately and maintaining records.

Qualifications

  • Experience with visas and flag enrollments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree holder
