Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual / Automation / Hybrid)

Job Overview

We are seeking Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through comprehensive testing strategies. The role can be focused on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, or a Hybrid approach, depending on experience and skill set. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • For Automation-focused roles: Design and maintain automated test suites using Tosca (preferred) or Python/Selenium; implement automation strategies within sprints and validate system integrations.
  • For Manual-focused roles: Develop and execute detailed test cases and plans; identify and track defects; ensure compliance with business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in testing and automation where applicable.

Requirements
  • Manual Testing: Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end testing, including mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • Automation Testing: Hands-on experience with Tosca (required) or Python and Selenium as alternatives; experience in mobile automation testing (Appium or Tosca Mobile).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office; experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is a plus.
