Key responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor for further assistance
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the contact centre

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not required
