Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Opener to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating interest and qualifying leads for our senior sales team. This is a crucial position for a career in sales, offering hands-on experience in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building. This position is perfect for a motivated individual with a knack for building relationships and a desire to kick-start a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities.

Cold Calling & Initial Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce our products/services and gauge their interest.

Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand a prospect's needs and determine if they are a good fit for our business.

Relationship Building: Act as the first impression of our company, building rapport and a positive relationship with prospects.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.

CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities, prospect information, and communication in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Pipeline Support: Assist the sales team in nurturing leads and moving them through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: At least six months of professional experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

Skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and concisely.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You must be a confident and resilient individual who enjoys talking to new people.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required. Proficiency with CRM software is preferred.
  • Mindset: A strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Work Setup: Onsite (I.T. Park, Cebu City), Flexible shift, usually from 4:00 am to 1:00 pm PHT
