What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on a range of products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of customer support
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities for process improvements

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  • Open also for with or without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
