We are seeking a highly experienced and compliance-focused Salesforce Solution Architect to strategically design, implement, and govern our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring our Salesforce platform meets rigorous regulatory standards, integrates seamlessly with banking systems, and drives a superior client experience while maintaining strict data security.

You will be the principal technical leader, translating complex financial services business requirements—including regulatory reporting, client onboarding, and lending processes—into secure, scalable, and compliant technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Solution Design & FSL:
  • Design end-to-end technical solutions utilizing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, specifically focusing on banking processes (e.g., retail banking, wealth management, commercial lending).
  • Develop robust data models, security architectures, and integration strategies that adhere to banking standards for data privacy and high availability.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and best practices relevant to a regulated financial environment.
  • Compliance and Security Governance:
  • Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with banking regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR, GLBA, regional privacy laws) and internal risk management policies.
  • Architect enhanced security models, leveraging features like Platform Encryption and robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) to protect sensitive client financial data.
  • Oversee security audits and penetration testing recommendations related to the platform.
  • Core Banking Integration:
  • Architect and oversee complex, real-time, and batch integrations between Salesforce and mission-critical Core Banking Systems (e.g., account ledger, payment engines) using secure integration patterns (e.g., APIs, Middleware like Mulesoft).
  • Ensure data synchronization, integrity, and quality across the interconnected banking ecosystem.
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery:
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and administration teams, ensuring solution alignment with banking industry best practices.
  • Drive technical discovery sessions with business stakeholders (compliance, risk, product owners) to finalize technical requirements and architecture.
  • Performance & Scalability:
  • Optimize solutions for high transaction volumes typical in banking, ensuring rapid response times and system stability under peak load.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
  • Extensive experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least [2+] years in an Architect or Lead Solution Design role.
  • Demonstrated experience working on Salesforce projects within the Banking or Financial Services Industry is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, highly compliant Salesforce implementations.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is required.
  • Strong understanding of both declarative and programmatic capabilities (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL).
  • Extensive experience with secure, high-volume data integration patterns relevant to core banking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced security features (Platform Encryption, Shield, MFA) and IAM best practices.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php85, Php150,000.00 per month
